As you know for the last 15 months we have been part of the DNS Accounting Group. I am now pleased to announce that to further take advantage of the services, systems, and processes that our head office has to offer, from 1st May 2021 we are officially merging with DNS Accountants.
This is a great step for our accountancy practice, which will provide our clients easier access to a raft of additional services, as well as being able to help and serve our clients more efficiently.
The team at DNS Accountants are full of experience and expertise shown in the myriad of awards and accreditations they have achieved over the years.
Most things will stay exactly as they are
We’re not about to overhaul our business group. You’ll still be able to pick up the phone to your account manager, but in addition you will have greater access to the larger DNS team. I will be available via phone and email when you need me and therefore your experience of dealing with me and the team does not change. The Benefit you get is that apart from my availability, you get access to our group team, helping speed up query resolutions and improving the customer experience for you.
You will notice your account managers will all be given a DNS email addresses in addition to the existing email addresses, and you will be able to contact them via the main DNS Accountants telephone number 03300 88 66 86 as well as the current number, 020 7471 9330. Over time the 1st Accountancy emails will be phased out but for now they will be redirected to the DNS email to ensure nothing is missed.

Your engagement with 1st Accountancy and Bookkeeping Services Ltd will move to DNS Accountants Ltd from 1st May 2021. This is just an admin task and we will continue to provide you all the services as contracted.
Please also rest assured that I will continue to personally oversee the work we do for you. Sumit Agarwal, our managing director is already the principal and managing director of DNS Accountants Ltd so there will be continuity across the board with this merger and I will continue to work very closely with Sumit and his team. Overall, this is a very positive development in that you are about to become part of multi-award-winning group, improving the service and support we can give you and gaining benefit from the additional expertise of the group.
